Although I do not agree with all decisions which is my right, I can understand that we all do not have the same forsite. I was once told by a very awarded coach and someone I very much respected that if you complain about a coach, usually means that your one who has never coached. If you feel things have to change on the floor then there is only one option, step up and offer your expert knowlage and see how easy it is to make a championship team by putting your self out there and on the floor. Generally if you run from team to team trying to be on a winner then all you do is run. Most all successfull teams are built on builders. Given the year that both the Jr. A and Jr. B team had it is understandable that all staff positions are under review. we expect all coaching and staff applications to be submitted on or before October 1st, 2009 so that interviews and final decisions can be made by the Board of Directors.
